About us
We enjoy learning music in a variety of styles ranging from classical, sacred church music, folk music, barbershop, medieval pieces and some more contemporary songs including one about bananas -hence the page background! (listen). The choir also regularly enjoys singing and performing Cheryl's pieces and arrangements because, happily for us, she's a composer!
The Bridge Singers work towards performing our own concerts in the village and at Feltonbury regularly. We have sung in many other local venues around Northumberland such as Alnwick Gardens, Wallington Hall, Wooler, Warkworth and have also performed 2 concerts in Cumbria. The Bridge Singers have been honoured to be chosen to sing at many weddings at Brinkburn Priory.
